Celebrating 25 years in Northern California. Incorporated in May 1984, we have been providing professional engineering services to our clients throughout northern California since that time. A-N West is an engineer-employee-owned civil and structural consulting firm based in Richmond, California.

Wanlass Park Improvements - City of San Pablo - construction is nearly complete for this 4.5-acre park site. Park improvements included paving and parking lot, pedestrian paths, a steel truss Bridge, landscaping, children's play areas, and the focal point of the Park - an Environmental Education Building designed by Arkin-Tilt Architects.

Rumrill Boulevard Bridge - City of San Pablo - construction contract has been awarded and construction has begun. Early construction activities began in June 2010, including major utility relocations and site prep work. The project includes a bridge replacement over San Pablo Creek, reconstruction of adjacent streets and signalized intersection, creek improvements, and major utility relocations. A-N West is under contract with the City to provide construction support services.

Golden Hind Pump Station - Town of Corte Madera - design project is currently underway. Our services for the Town of Corte Madera will include the design and preparation of PS&E for this stormwater pump station and associated  storm drainage system improvements. This is the first in a series of Town-wide improvements to be implemented following our recently completed Drainage and Flood Control Study.
