Marina Development at Marina Bay Harbor - Richmond, CA

For this 50-acre Richmond Marina boat harbor and surrounding shoreline, A-N West provided surveying and civil engineering services and prepared construction drawings, specifications, estimates, legal descriptions, and plats. Consultant for the development of the Marina East Shore Esplanade. Included were construction documents and the Tentative and Final Maps for the initial facilities of the East Shore area of the Richmond Marina.

Facilities included access road, parking areas, riprap bulkhead, esplanade, observation deck, drainage, utilities, and landside connection for pedestrian and utility access to floating dock facilities.

Richmond Transit Village - Richmond, CA

A-N West was Prime consultant for the Richmond Redevelopment Agency to provide the site civil and infrastructure design of the Metro Walk Village. This residential complex is incorporated into the Agency's Richmond Transit Village, and is a mixed-use subdivision surrounding the existing multi-modal transportation facility for BART and Amtrak stations, an AC Transit terminal, and other public transportation services.

The Metro Walk Village features apartments, live-work facilities, condominiums, parks, parking structures, and public facilities.

Anchor Cove - Richmond, CA

This 7-acre residential community includes 129 dwelling units and was recently completed.

Our services included civil engineering for all site improvements, including 3500 feet of new roads, and preparation of the Final Map.

Brickyard Development - Richmond, CA

This 310-unit condominium development is located in Point Richmond. The units are located within an old brickyard and adjacent quarry. The steep site required a unique approach to the siting and access to the living units.

Central parking garage structures and inclined elevators were used for access to the upper units. The project included planning studies and designs for the grading, drainage, streets, and utilities in addition to surveys and mapping.
